Senior executive with 20 years of experience in managerial positions within national and international companies. Samira has been Merchandising Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and Internal Coach. Throughout her career, she has managed large multicultural teams in all the roles she has occupied. She is an ICF certified coach, a master NLP practitioner and graduated in communication & marketing.
Coach, trainer, facilitator, Samira is above all a potential catalyst. She coaches people in transition to set themselves in motion to achieve their goals, while respecting their individuality, with compassion and empathy.
Recent work experiences
Samira has created her own coaching and training company. She has been active for more than 2 years as a trainer for multinational companies. She gives management and coaching trainings to young leaders and managers in Belgium and France. She is also a Career Coach, working with people who wish to reorient themselves and/or give a new direction to their career.
At Office Depot International, Samira was Sales Manager Belux. She managed a team of 12 Account Managers responsible for national and international accounts. In addition to her job as Sales Manager, she was also an internal coach and in this role, she helped executives to develop their leadership skills, improve their communication skills and manage transitions.
Work experience and education
Samira began her career as a newspaper journalist. As the press was already in crisis at the end of the 1990s, Samira re-orientated herself by working as Purchasing and Supply Manager for the European Guilbert Group. She then became Marketing Manager at Office Depot International and then Sales Manager Regional Accounts, Corporate Account / new Business & International Accounts.
Samira is a master practitioner in NLP (Ressources, Rixensart), ICF certified coach (Nova Terra, Brussels), accredited in Somatic Coaching (L’école du Coaching Somatique, Paris), in the process of certification in Systemic Coaching and Constellations (Coaching Constellations, London).
