He is a recognized Lean / Operational Excellence / Change expert and brings a unique experience of cultural transformation, quality improvements and cost cutting programs with proven successes in many industries and in large complex corporations.

Recent highlights
At BekaertDeslee, he is currently EVP – COO and Board member, in charge of Business operations performance improvements and turnaround in Product Dev, Supply chain and Manufacturing across 19 sites worldwide.
At Teva Pharmaceuticals, he was leading the global transformation in Operational Excellence across 32 major sites, leading an organization of 200 experts. He spearheaded new powerful approaches in employees’
engagement, empowerment and capability building, enabling a bottom up ownership of the change process.
Prior experience and education
Prior to working in Teva, he held senior management positions in the automotive sector (including Toyota) working in product development, Industrialization and manufacturing (Site Director) and developed expertise in ‘quality by design’. He then worked for McKinsey as an expert consultant in operations transformations for 3 years mostly in the pharma sector where he became a quality and lean transformation expert. He also led the Total Quality transformation for GSK vaccines.
Fabrice holds a MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK), is a certified APM project manager and has an Engineering master’s degree with expertise in plastic processing technologies from Ecole des Mines (France).
