The Becoming Leader comprehensive leadership development programme deepens one’s knowledge over a period of four months: knowledge of oneself as a leader, knowledge of team dynamics as well as knowledge of organisational dynamics. These learning objectives are achieved by means of a motivational dynamics test, six full days of practical workshops, individual coaching sessions and field observation sessions. Plus a half day to meet and greet the participants at the start of the program and half a day of experiences and journeys sharing right at the end of the program.
